Terms and Conditions of Sale

· Terms: Net 15 days for credit approved customers, otherwise payment by credit card or check will be accepted and is due upon placement of order. All invoices not paid in full within terms are subject to 2% per month on full balance or collection fees will be the responsibility of the defaulting party.

· Returns: Requests to damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise by contacting MBI Foods @ 312-663-5701. MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED. Returned merchandise will be accepted only in original cartons, standard packs and in re-saleable condition. Only stocked items are returnable. Special orders from overseas, obsolete and discontinued merchandise is not returnable. Merchandise authorized for return must be shipped prepaid, accompanied by the MBI Return Authorization Form, and is subject to a 20% - 40% re-stocking fee.
