Day before competition

Table set-up time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Morning of competition

Set-up: 6:00 - 8:00 AM

Please note: The NRA Show closes at 5:00 pm daily. Teams will not be allowed to start the breakdown before 5:00 pm

§ HOT

Day before competition

Drop-off equipment & kitchen set-up: 5:00 pm

Morning of Competition

6:00 am - Competing teams enter kitchens

7:00 am - Cooking begins

12:00 noon - 1:30 pm - service
