Our adventure begins....

Mt. Vesuvius Today

§ Historic Naples is Italy’s most controversial city. During our stay we will make 2 fabulous excursions; to walk the streets of the ancient ruins of Pompeii ( Le Scavi de Pompeii ) and ascend to the summit of Mt. Vesuvio to see inside the breathtaking crater.

Campania and the Amalfi Coast is in many ways Italy’s most memorable and beautiful region. From Naples to Salerno is a coastline of rocky hills blending with gentle sea; the picturesque simplicity of seaside villages with architecture and monuments set into the mountain side like precious stones, all blending into the natural surroundings and fusing the blue of the water into the colors of the flowers, the olives, the vineyards and citrus orchards. Here the sea rules, a crystalline mirror as waves crash against mountain spurs and rocky ridges, and lap against the entrances to spectacular water-filled grottos. The remains of sumptuous ancient villas indicate a rich history; that even the Greeks and Romans surrendered to the seductive call.

The gorgeous island of Capri & it’s highest point, Anacapri is one of the loveliest resorts in Italy. A dramatic island soaring upward from the sea, with sweeping views, whitewashed villas, fragrant lemon trees, narrow winding lanes, and flower-filled courtyards. The island was known to ancient emperors including the Emperor Tiberius who built a magnificient villa there in 27 A.D.

Your leisure time spent at the magnificient seaside, private villa-style resort of Punta Rosa in San Felice Circeo can be enjoyed in its spa/beauty centre with its thalassotherapy pool of warm sea water and hydro-massage. Surrounded with luxuriant vegetation, tropical plants & flowers and the scent of the sea, this is a perfect place for a break before traveling on to Rome!

§ Rome is a city of images and sounds, of ancient ruins, magnificient museums, monuments and fountains, ancient piazzas and narrow alleyways; of streets filled with cars, taxis, Vespas and people; all vivid and unforgettable. Rome boasts superb cafes and restaurants that grow golden in color and more animated as night falls; when Rome really awakens. Visiting Rome is like spending time in the world’s greatest open air museum!

We are requesting a $500. per person deposit at this time to secure your reservations. If an unforseen situation should arise preventing your travel, your deposit will be fully refundable. A complete itinerary and prices will be mailed to you upon receipt of the Travel Request Form and Deposit.
